Who is behind forte?

Forte is being brought to life by developer Jack Benoff of Solara Ventures, in collaboration with Indovina Architects, Franjo Construction, New City Marketing, and Compass Real Estate. This is the team behind several of Pittsburgh's most celebrated condominium projects, including 941 Penn, Otto Milk, and Smallman Place.

What is the condo fee and what does it include?

The fee is 35-cents per unit square feet per month to be paid to the Homeowners Association on a monthly basis, and is inclusive of the following:

  • maintenance of all interior public spaces and exterior areas, including the fitness center, elevator, amenities, outdoor space and grounds

  • snow removal

  • trash removal

  • water and sewer areas

  • taxes and insurance for common areas

When will the condos be ready?

Buyers are now moving in! Construction is wrapping up on the remaining units.

Is off-street parking available?

Indoor parking spaces can be purchased with your condo for an additional $55k+, based on size and location (some spaces will be large enough to provide for extra storage). One spot is available for purchased with each unit. The garage parking spaces are secure and only accessible by homeowners.

What amenities are included?

Amenities include a fitness center, outdoor courtyard, garage parking, and bicycle storage. All units include private balconies or patios. Select units feature private rooftop decks.
